Retain Inline CSS when converting Power Apps HTML to PDF

I found this flow which takes the HTML Text field in Power Apps and converts it to a PDF and places it in SP Document Library. It is exactly what I was needing. Inside of Power Apps I was able to make a really nice Form using HTML and Inline CSS. The problem is, when I run the flow, it ignores all of my CSS formatting and only applies the HTML to the PDF. Is there a variation of this that will retain the CSS formatting?
