Retrieve emails out of imap subfolder

Hi there!

I'm trying to retrieve e-mails from a subfolder of the Inbox by using the "retrieve email messages" action, but always get an error message "failed to access mail folder mySubfolder".

In the action setting under Email Filters, Mail Folder I have tried:

- "Inbox" => worked fine for retrieving emails from the Inbox

- Inbox/mySubfolder -> did not work

- /Inbox/mySubfolder  -> did not work

I have checked the imap address of that subfolder in thunderbird:

I couldn't figure out why this does not work. Does anybody have a suggestion?

Was there ever an answer to this? I need an answer to this badly 🙂

To clarify, my question was in the PAD (Power Automate Desktop) context and it worked for me to use Inbox/mySubInbox. So this I solved myself.
