Run a Script when excel opens

We've just migrated from Google to MS365 and I'm busy translating scripts.

We had a weekly calendar excel file, a tab for each week, and the script would always make it so the active tab is the one on the current week.

Because we know people tends to click everywhere and forgets to leave it as it should.

I already have the code to do that but I cannot find how to make it run automatically whenever anyone opens that excel file.

I've already made a lot of flows that work fine, but they all come from a "on form submit", I haven't found a "when excel file opens" trigger in Flow
