SHAREPOINT FIELDS NOT SHOWING IN DYMANIC CONTENT

New to Power Automate.

Have a flow set up on a library, when a document is submitted, e-mail is sent - perfect.

However, all of the SharePoint fields in the library do not display in Dynamic Content.

Want to add a few of the fields in the e-mail.

Do not see a "More" option or anything in "Show Advanced Options".

Any advice?

Thanks

Hello,

Could you share a picture of your flow?

If you have an apply to each loop where you iterate through the SharePoint document library. But have your email outside the loop. You won’t be able to reference the data inside the loop.

If the above is not the case. Please add a Compose action. And check what dynamic content can be passed into the Compose.

Hi @chudson002

Start typing the name under the Dynamic content. It does shows up the names. Sometimes the refresh is not that great and also depends on datatypes.

Thanks

Hi!

"all of the SharePoint fields in the library do not display in Dynamic Content"

As @abm  suggests, this probably means they are not string datatypes.

I would not forget @Jcook suggestion. The more context info you can provide us, the faster you will get a useful answer

Thanx!
