Hello,
I have a Flow that takes new records from a Sharepoint list and converts them to PDF using OneDrive for Business then emails the PDF to Users.
To make everything work, I need to share the Flow with new Users. This is the popup I receive when I want to share the Flow with others (required in order for the Flow to work):
Because my email is shown, it appears I'm sharing access to all of my emails, sharepoint lists, one drive files, etc.
What am I actually sharing when I click "OK" here?
Thank you
Hi @ericonline,
When you share Flow with other users, your connection can be obtained and used by other owners.
For more action that other owners can operate to Team Flow, please refer to the Online doc:
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/flow/create-team-flows
If you don't want your connection to be used by other users, you could consider exporting the Flow first and then sharing the .zip file with other users.
Best Regards,
Barry
Hi @v-bacao-msft, thank you for the reply. I read the link you shared.
I'm unclear on what a "connection" is, both in PowerApps and Flow.
I know what a "Connector" is, but not "connection". Will you explain the difference?
Thank you
