SOLUTION TO MANY OF YOUR ISSUES

Please note from MS FLOW Support page---

Symptoms: A wide array of error message, int, date, push, etc.  

Solution: It appears that all excel online (Business) actions were modified, so I simply had to recreate all of my excel actions exactly duplicating my prior settings and code and it now runs again.
