SQL Server insert row (limit?)

Hello folks, my first post in this forum, I have searched for previously answered question and only found sharepoint related limits to a similar situation.

I have a flow triggered by a file create event in onedrive.   The creation triggers a predict model to act on the file (PDF) and extract a form field.  This is then passed on to an insert row action in SQL Server.

The issue I am facing is that the process works fine but seems to stop after 30 rows have been inserted into the table.   I don't know if that is significant, but it has shown up twice.  I see that SQL is premium and I am wondering if that is a limitation.

Thank you in advance, and let me know if there is further info I can supply.

Regards
