Script Updating Connection Properties in exported flow/powerapps

Question: Is it possible to update the connection properties of an exported flow/powerapps package via script?

I don't think that's really feasible.  The way the exported package works is that it always asks you to select the connections during import. Even if you could update the connections in the package using a script it would still ask you to approve the selection during import. I suspect its that manual step that you are trying to avoid and I don't think that's possible.
