I am trying to build an automatic custom flow that will send an email to all members of my Team (Microsoft Teams) when a new file is added. I cannot find a way to automatically use the team member list emails to send the email. Is there a way for the flow to run using the emails of those who are members of the team? I do not want to add this as a another piece to update during staff on/off-boarding so I do not want to manually update the flow or manually update a distribution list so I am trying to avoid using distribution list or anything similar. TYIA!
You can send a mail to a team channel. If that's inacceptable, create a dynamic distribution list and send email there.
@mwoolley- You could do as suggested or you can also use the 'Office 365 Groups' connector which can return member email addresses → Action https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/connectors/office365groups/#list-group-members > Response https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/connectors/office365groups/#listgroupmembers_response
