Send Email from to a List's Assigned to person

Hi.

I created a list, where actions are logged.

One of the columns is Assigned to (and it is a person / group column and more than one person can be assigned to the same task)

then i created a flow to send an email when the due date is getting closer.

the email is sent to the "AssignedTo Email address"

and inside the email, i display the Action, the Due date and the Assigned to.

It works but not as i would like to.

the email is sent to each assigned person individually, and on the Assigned to Field, if i use Display name, it only shows the name of the recipient, but I would like it to show the name of all the people assigned to the same task

AgainOpen_0-1678803780070.png

here is where the assigned to goes inside the body

AgainOpen_1-1678803822054.png

these are the other options available

AgainOpen_2-1678803858588.png

if i select Assigned To, this is how it shows on the email

AgainOpen_3-1678804008205.png

but if i select Assigned to display name, it only shows one of the 2 names assigned to the job (So, for testing purposes I assigned myself and a colleague to a task, the email i received only shows my name, the email he received only shows his name)

I want both names to show.

Is this even possible?

thanks

Thank you for your answer. I don't mind the email going individually to each assignee (that is OK) but the thing is, i would like all the assigned people to show on the body of the same email.

Me again! i tried your flow but got this error message

Hi @AgainOpen ,

I suggest you put them under the same apply to each action
Can I view the output of your select?

Does your list have null values for that field?

What sets apart an Advocate from a Helper, or a Solution Sage from a Community Champion? In today’s #TuesdayTip, we’re unveiling the secrets and sharing tips to help YOU elevate your ranking—and why it matters to our vibrant communities. Community ranks serve as a window into a member’s role and activity. They celebrate your accomplishments and reveal whether someone has been actively contributing and assisting others. For instance, a Super User is someone who has been exceptionally helpful and engaged. Some ranks even come with special permissions, especially those related to community management. As you actively participate—whether by creating new topics, providing solutions, or earning kudos—your rank can climb. Each time you achieve a new rank, you’ll receive an email notification. Look out for the icon and rank name displayed next to your username—it’s a badge of honor! Fun fact: Your Community Engagement Team keeps an eye on these ranks, recognizing the most passionate and active community members. So shine brightly with valuable content, and you might just earn well-deserved recognition! Where can you see someone’s rank? When viewing a post, you’ll find a member’s rank to the left of their name.Click on a username to explore their profile, where their rank is prominently displayed. What about the ranks themselves? New members start as New Members, progressing to Regular Visitors, and then Frequent Visitors.Beyond that, we have a categorized system: Kudo Ranks: Earned through kudos (teal icons).Post Ranks: Based on your posts (purple icons).Solution Ranks: Reflecting your solutions (green icons).Combo Ranks: These orange icons combine kudos, solutions, and posts.
