Hi @giangnguyen ,

Do you want to send an email with a link?

If yes, you could send the link on the Body of the email as @Pstork1 said, and you could refer to screenshot below to create the flow:

You could enter the link in the email body with format below:

CustomTexthere

Also Please make sure you have set the Is HTML field as Yes.

Please let me know if your problem could be solved.

Best regards,

Mabel

Add the link to the body of the email instead of as an attachment. You can't add links as attachments.

@Pstork1

I tried it but when I received the attachment the image format was not correct.

Make sure you add the file extension to the URL, like '.jpg' or '.png' or whatever kind of document it is. Without the extension the browser doesn't know what to open the file with.

Dear @Pstork1

The link entered on ms form is an image uploaded from sharepoint of ms team in an image format.

If you want to send a link then you can't load it as an attachment. It has to be inserted as a hyperlink in the body of the email. You are still trying to enter it as an attachment.

Dear @Pstork1

Because the link in SharePoint is very long, I want to flow automatically attach the image taken from the ms form send link.

I tried using base64TobBinary to attach but failed.

base64ToBinary (items ('Get_response_details_3')? ['r3f30637a16cb4751971d5eb82154abeb'])
