Send Outlook email with attachments from Excel spreadsheet worked before now doing nothing

I don't know why my Flow is doing nothing now when it worked before.

If you can show us the run history, we can provide a bit more help.

Is the email still sent but without the attachment?

Are there valid values for email address, subject, filename and file content?

Are there any errors?
