I have it so that when a new Sharepoint Item is created it sends an email through Flow to the manager. I then want this manager to be able to click a button that is in the email to "Notify Reception you will be down in 5 minutes." And then Flow send an email to reception.
What is the best way to do this? Would I need to make a custom connector?
This is a good option. But the problem is, Outlook hides the original message so it doesn't show the text I included in HTML form unless I click show. Otherwise it just shows all the HTML syntax I included. Also, I'd like to include the buttons in the HTML Email format I've created, and not have the buttons be so separate.
I agree with @ScottShearer's thought almost. If you want to include the buttons in the HTML Email format that you created rather than have the buttons be so separate, I afraid that there is no way to achieve your needs in Microsoft Flow currently.
If you would like this feature to be added in Microsoft Flow, please submit an idea to Flow Ideas Forum:
@v-xida-msftWould it be possible to use the "Request" connector to set up an HTTP connector of some sort? So then I can just link the button to a link and that could activate the Flow?
