Send an email (V2) in power automate sending Document processed v2 multiple times

Hello Members,
Happy 2022! 
I have configured Send an Email (v2) configured to run with AI Builder. Entire flow is working perfectly except one challenge that Power automate is sending automated "Document processed v2" twice on user email other than main Email content. 

Question, is there a way to suppress these auto Email notifications sent by power automate other than what we triggered? Any input is highly appreciated.

Thanks, that won't work I tried earlier.
