Send an email to the email address found in excel using power automate

Hello,

I am struggling to get the output that I want for this example:

so this is how my excel file looks:

daysleftcustomeramountemail
1ABC co123abc@gmail.com
2DEF co456def@gmail.com
3ABC co789abc@gmail.com
3ABC co987abc@gmail.com
3DEF co876def@gmail.com
3DEF co765def@gmail.com

basically, I want to create a power automate that will:

1. send 1 email to the specific email in the email column

2. the email address will only get those information that are theirs

so the output of the email is, for example I only want to send those with 3 days left to respective emails from the above data

email: abc@gmail.com will receive this table in their email

daysleftcustomeramount
3ABC co789
3ABC co987

I have tried a flow for this but it ends up sending the information of the other email address as long as the daysleft is 3

so from the first table, this is what abc@gmail.com is receiving:

daysleftcustomeramount
3ABC co789
3ABC co987
3DEF co876
3DEF co765

this is my flow. I made the union so that only 1 email is sent to the email mentioned in the email column in the first table above.

If I do not do that, it will send one email per row to the same email address. However, with this the above mentioned 3rd table is sent to the respective email. Hope you can help, I am not sure if I am missing any filters so that only those items to the respective email will be sent.

I think you can achieve this using similar logic as described in this answer.

You'd need Office Script to generate a simple array/object containing the summarized set of data as JSON and use that in the send email action.

hi @sumurthy ,

thanks for your advise. However, is there another way for this like a filter maybe in power automate? I'd like to take that route as it is a bit challenging for me to do the office scripts. Thank you!
