Send e-mail from message

Good morning dears.

We currently have a ticket registration software which sends a satisfaction survey with 5 rating options between 1 star and 5 stars. Due to restrictions of the application it is necessary that each user's qualification be sent by means of an email message to a different mailbox, that is, if the user qualifies 2 stars it is sent to a mailbox, if it qualifies 3 it will be sent to another one. you could help me by indicating how I do to insert these buttons and that pressing the button sends an email with the same subject of the received message, and that is transparent for the user, that is, the user presses the button and does not make any forward to anyway.

I am not quite clear on your requirement.  What would you like to use Flow to do for you?

To send the emails based upon the survey ratings, you'd have parallel branches for each rating/email. In each branch, you would add a condition to a Flow for that branch and survey rating.

So if survey rating is equal to 1, send an email to 1to5rating@address.com. Then you'd have another branch for 2-5, if survey rating is equal to 2, then send email to 2of5rating@address.com. 

Parallel branches are better than nesting conditions, because it greatly improves overall Flow performance. The parallel branches could look something like this: FormsCreateTaskParallelBucket.PNG

You could also build more flexibility with this, by first creating a SharePoint list to capture all responses, and then trigger the Flow with a When an item is created trigger

Regardless of the tools you are using to capture the survey details, the layout and logic will stay pretty much the same. I always utilize SharePoint lists as a data respository when possible, and Form responses are perfect for that.

Something like that is what I need. I did a small test and it works. The question I have is, how do I send the answer with the same subject of the message where I was initially sent the survey?

Do you want to send an email with submitted results to the user who submitted the response?

 

If yes, just select Responder’s email for the To field, and other required info for the Body field.

Each user will receive an email with a survey, the subject of this survey has a unique identifier. On the other hand, the survey will have 5 response options, the idea is that for each response a mail message is forwarded to a different mailbox and that the original email subject with the unique identifier is also sent.

It seems that you send out the survey via an email first, after the survey submitted, you want to send out an email to according user with the same original email subject. Am I right?

 

I am afraid that it is not easy to be achieved using flow.

 

Please consider building nested flows with the HTTP action, please check the following blog for a reference:

The idea is to collect the survey response in a different mailbox, depending on the degree of qualification that the user will also send the original subject of the mail where the user received the survey.
