Send e-mail with options for multiple choice

Screenshot_24.png

This is a flow that i made. I wanted the supervisor to make a choice between employees. When the supervisor made the selections i want an email to be sent to chosen ones.

1. problem->'Get contact' property wants an  item id that means my contact(only one of them) id. Where ll ı find it without extra effort.  I found it with 'Get Contacts' property. I activate the flow ,checked the output and recorded the user id(that is almost 50 chracters long ). I solved that problem temporarily. But do i have to check every user id from 'Get contacts' property?

2. Problem -> Supervisor should be able to make multiple choice but in this circumtance he/she can only choose one. I could't find the solution. Please help!

HI @Ramazan_BIYIK,

Could you please share a full screenshot of your flow's configuration?

Further, do you want the supervisor to make multiple choices within the approval email sent via the "Send email with options" action?

For your first question, your thought is correct. The item id field of "Get contact" action is required to fill a Unique identifier of a contact, I afraid that there is no other way to get the item id (contact id) except the "Create contact" action and "Get contacts" action of Office 365 Outlook connector in Microsoft Flow currently.

For your second question, making multiple choices within the approval email sent via the "Send email with options" action is not supported in Microsoft Flow currently, if you would like this feature to be added in Microsoft Flow, please consider submit an idea to Flow Ideas Forum:

More details about the "Create contact" action and "Get Contacts" action of Office 365 Outlook connector, please check the following article:

Best regards,

Kris

Here is what I am currently working on the solution given to me might help.

I think that solution is for only one item. I can successfully select one person from email. But ı want to pick more than one.

Thanks a lot v-xida-msft. I just started to learn the flow logic. I am newbee.

For my first question: I can make that with foreach loops. Just learn that :S.

For my second question: Thanks for suggestions. I ll do that.
