Send email when SharePoint choice column is updated to a specific value

I am working on a PowerApp that is saving my Help Desk entries into a SharePoint list.

I have a "TaskStatus" value that when it is changed to "Elevate" I am wanting it to send an email to escalate the ticket to our head IT team and include that row of details from the SharePoint list (Title, description, category, ect..) Any help would be much appreciated!

Thank you!

You can create a flow with trigger "When an item is created or modified" and below that you can add condition where in you can put Created equals Modified to check if the item is triggered for creation or modification, on the No Part of the condition, you can add another condition where in you can check for Task status value.

On the yes Part of the second condition you can setup email action where in you can add the required information from dynamic content and configure the email to be sent.

The is no "out of the box" feature that allows you to check for a change in a single SharePoint list column.  Here is a link to a blog post that I wrote that explains one technique for checking for a change in...

Using a condition to check the value in the column will likely generate additional emails every time the item is edited even though the column has not changed once the column is set to "Elevate".
