Send email when submitting form

Hi Everyone!

I am trying to use flow to trigger an email to be sent when a form is submitted. However. I would like a specific person to be emailed depending on the answer that was provided. 

For example

User answers a question?

Answer 1 - email person x

Answer 2 - email person y

Answer 3 - email person z 

Is this possible to create in flow?

You needs to use switch function based on answer choice and send email:

I created this flow and when I test it, it states its successful but the individuals I have listed are not receiving the email notification?
