Hi,
I would like to send e-mails using my Outlook account from a shared mailbox. Within Outlook I can successfully send emails from this shared mailbox manually. Using the action "Send e-mail via Outlook" in Power Automate Desktop I cannot do the same, because Power Automate Desktop cannot find the Outlook account. I am not sure why Power Automate Desktop even wants to find the account when using my own account, but using "Send from".

I believe the Exchange settings are correct, because I can send e-mails via Outlook manually. Does anyone know, how to use this action correctly?
