Hello
I'm trying to create a flow that triggers that on creation of an account record in D365, that then looks in some office 365 groups, collates the mobile phone numbers and send a push notification to them if they have the flow app installed on their phone.
The flow is as follows
However, I am failing on the final Send push notification where I am getting the following error.
{Th "error": { "code": "ApplicationNotFound", "message": "The application 'fd140aaf-4df4-11dd-bd17-0019b9312238' could not be found in the tenant '627fbf79-02bc-44e8-8343-54825928cd63'." } }
I have tried multiple IDs for the application but nothing seems to work.
The question I have is, which specific application ID is the push notification requesting and how do I find the ID?
thanks in advance
Lee
Solved! Go to Solution.
Ok, so when I set this up I configured powerapps for the first time on a test tenant.
I followed this to do so.
I set up and empty app in powerapps called "First App" and used my Guid (The PowerApps ID from details tab) as below from this link
Creating a connection
To connect your account, you will need the following information:
What I suggest you do, is to add a new connection to an app that exists and try again. I have did just that and broke it, then fixed it and it works again.
when I did this to an existing app (empty app) with the correct name & GUID it is working.
Thanks, Alan

Hi Lee @Mr_Mather
It looks to me that you are using the Powerapps send push notification.
Please see below for the alternative that send Push notification to Flow App.

Alan, @AlanPs1
Will that mobile notification send to mulitple people from the O365 group?
thanks
Lee
Hi @Mr_Mather
Push notifications work when you have the app on the phone, not using the mobile number. If you are going to fetch mobile numbers from the users profiles you may have to use an SMS type connector/action.
On this one, I will look to recreate the Flow and feed back to you once I have a working example and go from there.
Thanks, Alan

@AlanPs1 Thanks for your time and effort on this, much appreciated.
What I'm after I think is quite simple, but is turning out to be difficult.
When I create a record in D365, I need to send a push notification to a group of users.
Thanks again
Lee
Hi Lee @Mr_Mather
I am getting it to message me so I'm probaly at the juncture you're at so hopefully I can step it on.
So, I've recreated with sharepoint instead of CRM so far but I have a few questions.
Does it need to be a push notification, not an email?
Also, with the connector you are using, are you able to get that to push notification to your mobile only and in the Flow App for mobile?
Thanks, Alan

Hi Lee @Mr_Mather
The below looks to be working for me and 2 other users when they have they have the PowerApps app installed on the mobile phone. No need for use of mobile number but UPN instead.
And the steps ...

Firstly Alan, thanks ever so much for the time and effort in helping with this.
I went to PowerApps, created a Blank App, put the details in and then created a record and the flow tested succesfully.
Im still waiting for the push notification to come through tho.
Thanks again for the help
Lee
