Sending Templated Emails Flow - Is there a better way?

I need to design a flow that will be used to send mass amounts of emails from 15 or so different templates. Each template may have a different attachment.

In the past I've been able to accomplish this on an individual level by putting all of the variable fields (such as name, personal message, email address, subject, etc...) into an excel table and having the flow build each email in an apply to each block. I've done this in excel because its what I learned to do, it works, and I can edit all the required fields in an excel file at once and send them out when I'm finishished.

So what I'm thinking for this flow to send emails from 15 different templates is that I'd have to get all the rows from an excel table, do 15 different filters, one for each template, and run each template through an apply to each block. There would of course be a field in the table that indicated what template to use.

The flow would look something like

manually trigger a flow

list rows present in a table

filter array (one for each template)

Apply to each (one for each template)

Send an email from a shared mailbox V2 inside each Apply to each

I'm not familiar with all of the tools microsoft has to offer so there may be something out there thats better and I dont know. The question is if there is a better or more efficient way to accomplish this?

Hi @applegaming ,

Do you mean you have created 15 dirrerent flows to achieve your requirement?

If you don't want to manually trigger 15 different flow to send the email, you could create a flow with 15 branchs to send the email, and you only need trigger the flow for one time.

I planned to put them in the same flow so I would just have to trigger it once. I was asking about ideas that might involve other 365 applications / connectors to manage this process easier.
