Sent email move to folder

Hi Community!

I am trying to automate an action to respond to an email that arrives in a shared mail box and then move the reply email to another folder in the mailbox. I am unable to find the id of the sent email. Is there something obvious that I am missing here?

Thanks in advance for all the help.

Re: Sent email move to folder

Hey @Kpreeti1256

To move emails, you need to access the ID of the message (email). The send an email action is yet to occur and so it does not generate that ID beforehand (if it does, currently it is not included in teh retun attributes for the dynamic selector). Therefore, it is currently not doable. If you think this should be a feature, please raise an Idea here or upvote already raised ones.

Hope this Helps!
