Service appointments letters or emails, merging Calendar and Word (mail merge) is this possible?

Hello ladies and gentlemen,

I am looking to merge Microsoft Calendar and Word.

The calendar would have appointments on a six-monthly basis (service appointments) normally but flexible for jobs coming in as well.
The calendar would need to keep the next year's appointment until told to stop.

Word would use mail merge (templates of select message/letter) obviously the floating points would-be the Name, address, date, time, costs

Maybe Excel needs to be brought into this equation?

The end result would be a Diary/calendar that predicts the next years’ service appointments that could be printed as a bulk print month by month or year by year.

Thanking you for your assistance in anticipation

Go to File > Save. When you save the mail merge document, it stays connected to your mailing list for future use.

To reuse your mail merge document, open the mail merge document. Choose Yes when Word prompts you to keep the connection.

Thank you Max, but my real problem is connecting Calendar to a mailmerge document so that I have service appointments scheduled year by year, with and attached letter ready to be sent. Does that make sense? Kind regards

Hi @ELITE you can use the Populate a Microsoft Word template action to take data from any source, not just Excel, and place them into a word document. This gives you a much more powerful mail merge. I should point out that this action is part of a premium connector, but I find it's one that I use a lot.

Below is a link to a blog which I wrote for my company, ignore the part about the QR codes, and the rest will walk you through how to create your word template and then fill it with content.
