Greetings all,
I have a custom table (entity) which contains start date and end date fields. I have added this table to the Dynamics 365 App for Outlook so that when an event is created in Outlook Calendar, the user can use the "Set Regarding" option and create the record directly from Outlook.
My question is - how do I copy the Outlook Calendar event Start and End values into my custom table?
I'm pretty sure it would be achieved by use of a Power Automate process, but I'm not sure how to detect if the record was created from Outlook. I have looked at the "Get events" action, but this seems overkill as I don't want it to fire on all calendar events.
Any advice much appreciated!
