Share My flow that uses Onedrive input file

Hello everybody,

I created an instant flow called from my PowerApps application which loads an excel file from my One Drive folder and then processes that file and updates a list of shared points.

I need to share that flow with other users in the same organization so that each user is able to run it on their own.

I tried to export the stream from my account and import it from another user account but it doesn't work.

How can I make the flow available to all users in the organization?

Thanks in advance for any suggestion.

Regards

Davide

Open your flow and click on Run Only Users- Edit and you can choose which users can run the flow

Hi Mira,

thanks for answer.

I try to do what you mean.

One doubt: The complete of my job steps are the following:

I open Excel and run a macro that open a text file and convert into native Excel file with tabel structure, able to processed from power Automate.

The excel file is automtically saved on my personal One drive folder.

From my powerapps application, I run the flow that loads the excel file and update sharepoint list.

To share these steps, I've installed the Macro on user's PC and now she is able to convert text file in Excel file and save it into HER One drive folder (same path of my onedrive).

What happens if she runs the flow??
Which file are loaded from flow?

Currently, the excel input file is saved from Excel macro into my One drive folder.

If the flow is runs by another user, the input file should be placed into my onedrive??

@TheGallons

In that case you need to save the file to shared location like sharepoint and then the flow can load it from SharePoint would that be possible for you to do?

That could be a good solution. Did you do something like that??
