I am looking to upload files to sharepoint through MS Flow. I have a custom Java Application, which would basically trigger a microsoft flow through a HTTP call. The Java Application would send the File to be uploaded to SharePoint in the JSON Request Payload.
I came to about the 100MB request size limitation of Microsoft Flow. However, my usecase warrants uploading files exceeding 100MB.
Is there a way I can upload files >100MB through Microsoft Flow?
I am afraid that it is not possible to upload file exceeding 100 MB.
Please check the following doc about limits and configuration for more details:
Which means that Flow itself has a limit 100 MB on message size/file size, even if the service supports 1 TB, only a 100 MB message/file can be used.

Thanks for your response!
I understand that there are threshold limits w.r.t the request size in Microsoft Flow. I am exploring the possibility of splitting the file (> 100 MB) in chunks and then make multiple flow calls to upload these chunks to sharepoint.
I am keen to know whether sharepoint has some internal mechanism to combine the chunked files, when all the chunks are uploaded.
Please let me know your thoughts on this?
