SharePoint Sites that have not been used for 90 days or are empty

This might be more of a PowerShell a questions.

But is there a way to send an email to SharePoint owners if a site has not been used for 90 days or has zero files in site via Power Automate?

I see a lot of

'when a file is created', 'when an items is deleted', 'when a hub site is joined'

Or is this not the right tool?

Hi @VeePee

It's a good idea, but it's not possible. I hope someone here has a nifty workaround, but there isn't a trigger that can do it.

You can, however do the following:

1. Have a "chron" job that periodically triggers a PowerShell script.

2. If the PowerShell script returns the values based on your criteria, call a Cloud Flow to send the notifications to the users.

DO you think this would be possible?
