Shared Mailbox - Create PDF to OneDrive

Hello all,

I have a Power Automate flow that is working, however it seems to be corrupting the PDF files when creating the file in OneDrive for Business. The Flow is triggered when a new message arrives in the shared mailbox and will create a file in a users OneDrive for Business directory. The file is renamed to the subject of the email.

Through my testing, it seems to be successful, however during a trial run it seems to be corrupting the files when creating the files. Please see the screenshots of the Flow and the corrupted files below:

I used the following template when creating this Flow, which does work, but I cannot figure out why it is corrupting the documents. The file sizes should be around 1-2 MB a piece instead of 13-14 KB.

Any help would be much appreciated!

Try creating a new flow without using templates. Sometimes, templates may have some issues.

Upon further investigation, it appears that the email signatures are the issue. In short, we have .PNG files that are used in signatures which is overwriting the actual attachments themselves.

Is there a way to only pull .PDF files when an email is received in the Flow?

@khoffman what you are doing is correct and it should be able to pull PDF files also.

Add a condition in your apply to each. IF attachment content type function equals pdf. You could probably also do Attachments Content-Type equals application/pdf (but I haven't tried it)
