Sharepoint: Copy File when properties updated or modified, file not found error

I am totally new to Flow so please bear with me.

I have a load of Excel files on a Sharepoint site that are updated by pupils at my school. I would like to either copy updated files, or all files, to a shared folder on our school network, when they are updated. The network is fully O365 integrated so permissions are not a problem.

Could someone point me in the right direction as everything I have tried does not appear to work.

Hi @gmgray,

Could you please share a screenshot of your flow’s configuration?

Do your excel files store in SharePoint document library?

Further, could you please share a bit more about your error message?

According to the title, I suppose that you have faced a “File not found” error on your side. Is it true?

I have made a test on my side and don’t have the issue that you mentioned. My flow’s configuration as below:3.JPG

The flow works well as below:4.JPG

Please check if you have selected proper file within your SharePoint library or proper file identifier of Excel files within SharePoint library.

Best regards,
