When selecting Flows from within a SharePoint list, you are presented with existing templates which include an option for triggering a flow 'when an existing item is modified'.
From within the Flow interface, when selecting a trigger this option doesn't exist - instead you have 'when an item is created or modified'.
Are these two tiggers different? If so, can we expect the one available from the templates list ('when an existing item is modified') to continue being supported?

When an existing item is modified is actually When an item is created or modified, there is no difference between the two.
Just in the template, it is renamed to "When an existing item is modified".
