Sharing a Flow with a Sharepoint Group (Office365 Environment)

Hello everybody,

I am attempting to figure out how to share a flow with members of a sharepoint 365 group within my organization. The goal would be to give them USER but not ADMIN access to the flow (so they could use it, but not change it).

Currently the only way to do this seems to be manually adding each user via the flow mobile app. You can only share admin credentials from the MSFlow desktop version (which seems strange).

Has anybody else had this issue or figured out a workaround?

Hi ITguy,

To share a flow, we need to enter the name, email address, or group name for the person or group that you want to add as an owner. So please enter the name of the group to share it with group members.

Currently, It seems that we only have the Owner permission when sharing a flow, about “Can use” permission, I have seen similar request at Flow ideas Forum, please consider to vote and comment the idea at here:
https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/Flow-Ideas/Add-Sharing-with-quot-Can-Use-quot-Permission/idi-p/4...

I will help collect and report it on my side.

Thanks for the reply v-yama0-msft: I hope this feature gets added to the Flow platform in the future: I think it would make the platform much more robust for use by medium-sized companies.
