Shorten SharePoint URL link?

Is there a way to shorten the link to SharePoint List item in Power Automate?

When using Link to item

It create the following URL

Hi @oappdev 

You can use either of following option to short or make it more user friendly URL :

Option 1) Hard code the list path and dynamically ad Id

concat('https://<sharepoint>.sharepoint.com/Lists/DateList/DispForm.aspx?ID=',items('Apply_to_each_2')['Id'])

Option 2) If you are sending this in email you can use Html to create an link tag :

<a href="items('Apply_to_each_2')?['{Link}']">Click Here to View Item</a>

Hi ,

   I have tried the below scenario but i am getting the error as below

Flow save failed with code 'InvalidTemplate' and message 'The template validation failed: 'The repetition action(s) 'Apply_to_each_2' referenced by 'inputs' in action 'Start_and_wait_for_an_approval' are not defined in the template.'.'.

I have clicked the expression and add the contact :

concat('https://<sharepoint>.sharepoint.com/Lists/DateList/DispForm.aspx?ID=',items('Apply_to_each_2')['Id']) changed according to my url.

Please can you help me . It is urgent?

Did you use it in a variable?  I tried to use the html tag in the Send email body, and it didn't work.  I tried to put it in a variable and reuse the variable in the Send Email, still didn't work. Thank you.
