We have heard several reports of users who signed in with a personal account and were then unable to use the app. To explain, similiarly to the Flow website, using the app is currently supported only with a work or school account.Not supporting personal acocunts is a known service restriction. The latest app update now prevents sign-in with personal accounts. If you have experienced this issue it is recommended to upgrade the app to the latest version, sign-out, and sign back in with a supported work or school account.
