Hi, I'd like to create a simple flow for document distribution but cannot find sufficient information how to do so. Here is what my flow should look like:
Could anybody briefly explain how to create a flow to achieve this goal?

I will explain for the steps you listed:
For step 1, the teams/Planner task, would you please share more information about it, the task is a SharePoint Task list, or something else?
If it is a SharePoint task list, then yes, the trigger could be added,
Step 2, for get documents, no, currently there is no corresponding action under Microsoft Flow to list documents, besides, condition set to filter the folder path is not available, as the path used to identify the the file or folder is the corresponding Folder ID or file ID.
Step 3, based on what I know, currently there is no function or action available to archive files into one within Microsoft Flow,
Step 4, if you mean the OneDrive shared link, currently this is also not available as a dynamic content within Microsoft Flow.
