Slow Flow - emails taking their time!

I've set up a flow from a new o365 account to send an email when a new sharepoint list item is created. However it seems to take about 2 minutes for the email to come through. Yet when I did the flow from my own account it was instant! Any idea why that might be and how to speed it up?

Fixed!

 

I realised it was because the Flow account didn't have proper write permissions to the list. 

 

Once I gave it Full Control permissions it sent off the flow emails instantly.

Depending on the Flow license involved it can take up to 5 minutes for some actions to happen.  That is the standard polling cycle for Flow when using a non-premium license.  This is pretty typical.  P1 and P2 licenses have a much shorter polling time. So if your regular license is a P2 then mail will be sent within a minute, while a regular user it may take up to 5.
