Re: Slow between submit Forms and run Flow, over 50 minutes.

Test flow for check time of submit Microsoft Forms to run Microsoft Flow.

This flow can use any Forms.

1.png

  1. Trigger : Microsoft Forms - When a new response is submitted
    Form title = <your form>
  2. Action: Notifications - Send me a mobile notification
    Text = [div(sub(ticks(utcNow()), ticks(triggerBody()?['submitDate'])), 600000000)] minutes

Detail:

  1. <your form> is any Microsoft Forms
  2. [div(sub(ticks(utcNow()), ticks(triggerBody()?['submitDate'])), 600000000)] is Expression

Result:

  When any Form submit, notify duration time to your phone from submitted to run in minute unit.

I hope this flow can help to reduce the duration time from submitted to run.

Re: Slow between submit Forms and run Flow, over 50 minutes.

Today, results of duration time are from 0 minutes to 57 minutes by over 10 times repro at 2 tenans and 2 forms.

I hope the duration time within few minutes for sharing Forms and Flow with friends.

HI

This Morning I once again I thought the Form trigger wasnt working when I submitted my form. I went to the flow turned it off for 30 seconds turned it on and the trigger instantly worked. Maybe you need to restart the flow evey morning. this will be annoying though.

Tony

I was very excited because we are close to using it in the company where I work but I think at the moment it will not be possible. I will be waiting for this problem to be solved.

We too are experiencing this.  We use a connector to email results of the flow.

It takes 45-50 minutes regulary from the form submission to when the email is sent.

It has not always taken this long.
