Staffhub's Open shift not triggering flow

I've been using Microsoft Flow to keep track of requested time off, swaps, and offers from StaffHub.

I use Flow to send an email to our admin assistant with the request details (for pay purposes) and keep track off all requests via an Excel sheet in our SharePoint.

I've been using it for about 1 month now and it has been working wonderfully.

I used the flow trigger "when a shift request is updated" to build the flow and expand from there to do the rest (update excel tables and send email). The flow keeps track of ManagerApproved and ManagerDenied requests only.

However I had a request come for an open shift, which I had denied the request and it does not trigger my flow.

I've done tests where I approve the open shift request and it still does not work.2019-02-24.jpg

Would anyone be able to shed light on why or offer a solution?

Re: Staffhub's Open shift not triggering flow

Hi @Anonymous ,

Could you please share more details of your flow's configuration?

Could you please share a screenshot of your shifts?

I have made a test on my side, whenever a request was denied or approved, the flow can run successful.
