Start Date of Datatype Date not displaying output on Power Automate

Hi,

The execution of template action 'Select_' failed: The evaluation of 'query' action 'where' expression '{
"Name": "@item()?['bg_name']",
"Number": "@item()?['bg_number']",
"To Date": "@formatDateTime(addDays(item()?['bg_Todate'],1),'D')",
"Department": "@items('Apply_to_each-_Department')?['bg_departmentname']",
"Company Name": "@item()?['bg_companyname']",
"Project": "@item()?['bg_project']",
"Start Date": "@formatDateTime(addDays(item()?['bg_startingdate'], 1), 'D')"
}' failed: 'The template language function 'addDays' expects its first parameter to be a string that contains the time.The provided value is of type 'Null'.

I have data on my records. I am not getting data for the columns highlighted in Red on power automate using Select control as displayed above. Data type for Start Date is Date and Number is Text. Can someone help?
