Status 400 Error Message: The string was not recognized as a valid DateTime. There is an unknown word starting at index 0

I have created a flow that pulls Item data from one list (inlcuidng attachments) and puts in another. All of a sudden I get a Status 400 error and the message: 'The string was not recognized as a valid DateTime. There is an unknown word starting at index 0.' The error occurs at the create item level.

What is causing this error and how do I repair it.2019-06-25_16-05-07.png

@v-yamao-msft @yashag2255 Thank you for your time on this issue. I determined it had nothing to do with the DueDate field. I believe the issue stemmed from trying to pass the 'Created By' claim for the 1st list to the Requestor (people) field in the second. When I deleted the requestor field the Flow worked again.

Thanks again.

Hi @buddhasbuddy

Can you post a screenshot of the error that is coming in? I am guessing it is at the end on the send email action. Can you post the expression that you are using?

TO convert timezone, I would suggest you to use the Convert time action (see the screeshot below)timwa.png

Hope this Helps!

Unfortunately no, the error is generated as it creates the item.

The function you see in my email is a ConvertfromUTC function based on the 'Created By' fielf of the first list. EVerything in this flow ran successfully up to today.

@buddhasbuddy

Can you please initialise a variable before create item (the type should be string) and the value is the date option from the get item actions' dynamic option selector tab. Run the flow and see what value you are getting in there and please post a screenshot here so that we can assist you better.

Hi @buddhasbuddy ,

It seems that the error occurs on action Create item.

In action Create item, there is a date and time column DueDate, which is using a dynamic content DueDate from the trigger.

Have you made any changes on the list?

Please try using a formatDateTime function to format the return value of DueDate to a valid format to see if it will work.
