String to Date Sharepoint list

I have a flow that gets the items from CSV to Sharepoint. The main problem is the DATE field from CSV is in string format while the field on sharepoint is set to Date Only. Any idea on how I can fix this?

I used addDays method in expressions:

addDays('1899-12-30', int(items('Apply_to_each')?['Birthday']),'yyyy-MM-dd')

This is inside an "apply to each" loop where I went through every row in the CSV file and extracted the birthday entry which is in string format. This returns a datetime object. Here's a screenshot of the flow. Please let me know if you have any questions!
