String was not recognized as a valid DateTime

Hi, everyone.

I´m using an application in Powerapps connected with a Power Automate flow. This flow creates items in a SharePoint list.

I´m having the following problem when I try to execute the flow: "String was not recognized as a valid DateTime".

The only date item I send to Power Automate is the function Now(), which I use to represent the exactily time the user presses the button that triggers the flow.

It is weird because the entire app worked very well for a while and suddenly this error message started to pop up.

I´ve already tried to change the Time Zone in SharePoint but the error still persists.

Can anyone help me, please?

Thanks in advance.

Hi @Gabriel08

From PowerApps, send the date like this: Text(Now(), "yyyy-MM-ddThh:mm:ss")

This is the ISO format that will be recognized as a date time string in Flow.

Hope this Helps!

@Gabriel08

You may want to try using the formatDateTime() expression in your Flow.
