Submit of Form cannot Trigger Flow

Hello all,

There is a flow bulit by my colleague who just left and got the account disabled. As the leaver owns both the form and the flow, I need to copy the flow to continue using it, although I am co-owner/editor of the form and flow. I have refreshed all the connections in the flow and removed those of the leaver.

The problem now is that when people submit a form, the flow is not triggered unless I am doing a test manually. Can anyone know a solution or which way I should look into it? Many thanks.

Hello @krist88ra ,

I believe it's a Forms issue:
