Syntax error, cds List Records

Why does this give a syntax error?

Hello the email should be passed as a string so you need to enclose it in quotes. Here is the  correct syntax is

 

emailaddress1 eq 'email@email.com'

See the attached image. I have highlighted what is missing in your syntax
