Taking an base64 image from a power app and storing it as a pdf

I am currently using a powerapp I developed with a camera in order to take a picture which is saved as a base64 string (starts with data:image/png;base64). The string is being passed to power automate into a variable at which point I want to create a pdf version of the image.

The function creating the base64 string from the camera in powerapps is:

Set(gvBase64Image, Substitute(JSON(Self.Stream,IncludeBinaryData), """",""))

Which serves to create the string and store it in a variable being passed to power automate. I've gotten to the point where I can make a png in one drive using dataUriToBinary, but the one drive file converter doesn't seem to be able to convert images to pdf. Is there a way in power automate to get my png into a pdf format?

Solved it by embedding the base64 into an html which could then convert to a pdf
