Teamflow is running but it does not save the data

I bulit a flow which is triggerd by a button in powerapps which then convertes an html to pdf and saves it in OneDrive.

I gave access to all the folders and files to my Team mates and as soon as they submit the button in PowerApps the flow works but the pdf file does not get saved in one drive. The file only gets saved if i click the button in Power Apps.

Could somebody help me with this issue?

Kind regards

Hello @dana0000

Did you give permission for your team members to be able to run the flow.

When you look at your flow details, there is a section named Run only users.

In there you can add your team members.

Kind regards, John

Hello @JohnAageAnderse ,

yes, both of them are owners of the app and therefore are able to run the app.

Hello @dana0000

Thank you for the reply 🙂

Please open one of the flow runs where one of your team members triggered the flow. Is there any errors? Does the create file on onedrive action succeed. Can you expand the action and show the result? Can you edit the flow and make a screenshot of the expanded actions? Feel free to paint over sensitive information!

Kind regards, John
