Teams Flow Card dont update after approved via email

any one can help why the teams card still shows the approval or reject button in team after the user has approved via email

the email is updating and if i approve in teams the card update too just if i approve on the email teams will not updating the card just the email what is really weird

I am now running into this issue as well.  Have you had any luck resolving this?
