The "Copy files between Dropbox and SharePoint" Flow not working

Hi

I am trying to get the default "Copy files between Dropbox and SharePoint" Flow working on a SharePoint Library. My DropBox is a basic version. I Have setup the Flow on the SharePoint Library without any error messages.

The problem I am having is when I add files or folders to either the SharePoint Document Library or my DropBox folder, nothing is syned between the two enviroments.

Has anyone got the "Copy files between Dropbox and SharePoint" Flow working?

I hope you can help
Colin

Re: The "Copy files between Dropbox and SharePoint" Flow not working

Hi @ColinStar,

Could you please share a screenshot of your flow's configuration?

Do you use the "Copy files between Dropbox and SharePoint" built-in template of Microsoft Flow to create your flow?

I suppose that you use the "Copy files between Dropbox and SharePoint" built-in template of Microsoft Flow to create your flow, is it true? I have made a test on my side and don't have the issue that you mentioned. My flow's configuration as below:34.JPG

The flow works successfully as below:35.JPGPlease check if you have uploaded file into specific folder which is specified within the trigger ("When a file is created" trigger) in your Dropbox.

In addition, please take a try to create your flow from scratch, because, sometimes there is something wrong with the built-in templates of Microsoft Flow. I have made a test on my side and please take a try with the following workaround:36.JPG

More details about creating flows from scratch, please check the following article:

Create flow from scratch

Best regards,

Kris
