Timezone Convert and Formatting

I have created a SP list with 5 columns (4 columns are date type). Using flow I created a doc document from a template which is completed with these dates.

The problem is: the date format is yyyy/mm/dd and I would like to be dd/mm/yyyy.

I have tried to use Convert Time Zone in the flow but it doesn't work.

In my flow after "When an item is created" I add a Convert Time Zone action for very date column. I have to mention that not everytime all columns will be completed with least one column/ every item added.

What should I use to achieve this?

Hi @Madalina97, a screenshot of your flow would be helpful, but make sure in your document you are using the output from the Convert Time Zone action (it's called Converted time in the Dynamic Content list).

Hi @Madalina97 ,

I am afraid I didn't understand what you mean. Could you please use screenshots to illustrate your needs?

If you mean that some of the Date columns may be empty and you want to avoid the Flow from failing, please refer to the following method.

Although it is cumbersome, you may need to create four conditions to determine if the field is empty.

You could add multiple branches to append the content you want to save.

In addition, you can use Copy action to easily configure similar actions in multiple branches.

Hope it helps.
