To know Flow is succesful

Hi guys,

How to know the flow we created is running successfully, in the Flow's step it self ?

So let say I create Flow that read an Excel file that will insert records in SQL. It did succeed, now I intend that if it is succeed, the flow will continue the steps to delete or remove the Excel file to another folder.

Can we do it in the same flow ? or I have to create another one that check the SQL ? However it is good if it can be under same Flow ?

Thanks in advance,

Axal.

@Axal

You can just add additional steps to your existing Flow.

If you want to be notified immediately of an error, I can provide an example.

If you like my response, please give it a Thumbs Up.

Hi Scott,

Yes probably I overthink of it. Add new step, if an error, it will stop anyway. However I do interested on how to capture it, and that "to be notified immediately of an error", does it mean by mail or something ? always a pleasure to have some example. 😁

Thanks,
